Dr. Nicole Fleming graduated with her masters and doctorate degrees from  the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology of Argosy University. Her  post-doctoral fellowship and initial employment was with Karol  Neuropsychological Services and Consulting in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. She  later became Board Certified as a Clinical Health Psychologist after working  for a decade at Essentia Health, a large health system serving Northern  Minnesota and surrounding areas. Her clinical specialties include working  with patients who have chronic pain, insomnia, various medical issues,  bariatrics, as well as anxiety, depression, trauma, and LGBTQ issues,  including gender transitions. She treats patients who have neurological  disorders including migraine headaches, MS, ALS, neuroinvasive Lyme’s  Disease, stroke, brain injury, seizure disorders, mild cognitive impairment and  functional movement disorders. Dr. Fleming does evaluations for bariatric  surgery and for gender transitioning with hormone therapy and/or surgery.  Primary modalities for treatment include Cognitive-Behavioral therapy,  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mind/body modalities such as  Biofeedback and hypnosis. She works with patients ages 12 and older and will  see individuals and couples.
