Taylor Ingle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who welcomes clients ages 14 and older. She is a mother and retired Army veteran who served in military intelligence as a Chinese Cryptologic Linguist.
Taylor is warm, direct, and collaborative, valuing authenticity over formality. She believes meaningful therapy grows through genuine connection, honesty, trust, thoughtful challenges, and sometimes well-timed sarcasm or dark humor.
Her work as a forensic interviewer for children of abuse and neglect strengthened her ability to sit with difficult stories and provide safe, trauma-informed care.
Her lived experiences with trauma, abuse, mental health concerns, and autoimmune illness also shaped her understanding of the mind-body connection.
Outside of work, she is interested in nature-based spirituality, intuitive practices, symbolism, and the connection between the self, the natural world, and the broader universe.
