In fact, most people who seek out therapy are healthy, well-adjusted individuals who are facing difficult problems in their everyday lives. Despite the best efforts of family and friends, people can continue to be troubled by emotions, stress, worries, and anxieties. Once we have a better understanding of you and your needs, our psychologists will work with you to establish clear, obtainable goals for therapy. Sometimes these goals involve issues with a strained relationship, a life change, or one’s job. For people who have more serious problems related to depression, mood swings, or bipolar disorder, we can also help. All of our psychologists are well trained to address a variety of problems and we average over 20 years of professional service. We are all licensed at the highest level in the state of Colorado and we meet all requirements for professional practice as mandated by the Department of Regulatory Agencies.
